  1. I only go to J Lounge now for my pedis and always see Ella. It’s the best experience I’ve had in all my years. Not only is Ella so sweet and caring in the service, she is also so talented and efficient. I love the ambiance of J Lounge and the natural products they use. Can’t say enough great things about this place and Ella!

  2. My pampering Wednesday went excellent at this place. I am a spa owner myself and like to try out other places. My facial with Ella was A+ and I am super picky being an esthetician myself for years. My mini pedicure with Regina was lovely. I love that they offer non-toxic nail polish. My massage with Ashley was a little too chatty but that was partly my fault too 😉 she addressed everything I asked her to and helped me very much with my tennis elbow. There was a mix up at the check-out about $50 extra charge and the receptionist fixed it very smoothly. I was just reading that they offer beverages. I did not see any of these but will try it next time.

  3. I’ve been here several times. My first time was a perfectly fine experience. My second, I booked mani-pedis for myself and 3 bridesmaids for my wedding. I made sure to let them know over the phone that it was a bridal party, and I booked well in advance. One week before our appointments, I got a voicemail saying they needed my credit card info to hold the appointment. I called back and provided the information. Days before my wedding, I got an email saying that all the appointments were cancelled, so I called, obviously upset. Whoever handled the situation didn’t apologize, and blamed the employee and disorganized scheduling system, and just overall made it seem like I was inconveniencing her because she had to move other appointments around to accommodate ours.
    When we came in for our appointments, there was no special “seasonal special” to the pedicures like I had gotten before, yet I paid the same amount as before. Also, none of us were seated together…. I was there for my wedding and we all had to get our services separately. My manicurist also was chatting with us the whole time about herself rather than letting me try to enjoy my girls day with my friends. It was overall terrible customer service and I will not be returning.

  4. I LOVE J. Lounge!!! I have extremely sensitive and compromised skin and when I was at the point where I couldn’t use any moisturizer or serum without a severe reaction. Christian and Amelia have truly helped me heal my skin (after so many years of an embarrassing and painful perma-red face), which has honestly been life changing. They are both so incredibly kind and knowledgeable and AMAZING at their jobs. It’s such a rarity to find such compassion, commitment and excellent service. If it was possible, I’d give J. Lounge 500 stars.
