  1. Always the best. If you take care of me, I let everyone know.

This branch is no exception. I rented my initial car at the airport and traded up when I got here.

The level of service and expertise is unparalleled. In fact, I was reflecting recently that I may just rent whatever they give me at the airport and then go to a branch to ensure I have the best deal possible.

Well, maybe not, but regardless, this branch has to be an Enterprise crown jewel.

The SUV I wanted wasn’t ready, so they upgraded me (shh) to an even better truck and then worked with my points to give me 2 extra days to spend with my daughter.

Yeah, these guys and gals are champs in my book.

  2. Rented a car on Friday July the 20 th for two days. Originally rental was for three days but agent said since I only needed it for 2 days I could change it to two days and return it on Sunday Morning.. I Returned the car on Sunday Morning. I have called four times and my Deposit of $150.00 still has not been returned. It’s only been 30 days now.

  3. Harrison at Enterprise!

Thank you again for taking such good care of me, and for the wonderful deal! As you know traveling can be so stressful. You made everything so easy for me, and I really appreciate it.

Please tell your boss how happy you made me. And, also that I think you should be able to take the rest of the day off … with pay!

I love Enterpise! See you all next year 🙂

  4. Worst customer service ever. Reserved a car. They said they didn’t have it for a week. Sorry you are out of luck and we won’t solve the problem. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

  5. I rented a large SUV to carry 7 of us. When we arrived they said that was not available, and offered a 4 door sedan instead (seats 5). #fail. They did call the enterprise office on the far side of town and found a minivan that would work, but never offered to bring it over, or give us a ride to pick it up.
