  1. Clean facilities, friendly staff, nice rooms, and a decent breakfast. The main complaint we had was how clearly we were able to hear through the walls to rooms next to us and it into the hall. The hotel provides earplugs so it wouldn’t be a problem at night if it came to that, but it was just a little weird hearing our neighbors raising/lowering their curtains. Oh, and the desk lamp in our room wouldn’t turn on. Overall a fine place to stay, just not 5 stars.

  2. A little out of way, but served its purpose. Staff was friendly at check-in and out. Overnight staff wasn’t interested in helping us find a snack at the snack bar that was meat free. Parking is bit strange…in the public parking garage behind the hotel attached to an apartment building. Perhaps once the area is developed a little more it won’t be so awkward. Hotel was clean.

  3. House keeping did not replace our bath towels and when I asked at reception to send some she asked me to take those towels me to room. I have stayed in many upscale hotels but this behavior is shocking coming from Hyatt! So much for business friendly hotel!

  4. Great hotel, especially for the price. Some rooms have mountain views. Clean. Rooms have a nice layout with a little office area. Front desk staff are attentive and helpful. Free breakfast.

  5. Wonderful hotel! great location in Boulder. Very clean, great service. parking is slightly a pain and food bar is very expensive. On side note breakfast is amazing with many choices. Coffee all day. bike rental outside. in walking distance of dispensary’s just don’t get caught smoking in the rooms! would recommend to anyone wanting a great boulder experience.
