  1. Our saleswoman Beverly was amazing and did a great job but when it came to paying for the car we were given the run around. We waited close to an hour and told we were next. We then watched them bring someone else into the room and were told it would be another 30 minutes. It wasn’t until we decided to leave they brought us back in immediately to pay.

  2. We were on a vacation to Breckenridge from Minnesota when our vehicle broke down outside of Keystone; ultimately a destroyed transmission. Gebhardt accepted our van, diagnosed the problem and pulled out all the stops to ensure we were able to get our van fixed and back before we were to go home. Our service tech worked tirelessly to order parts, fit us into the schedule and ensure we had a rental if necessary to get home in the event the vehicle could not be completed on-time. The service department really went the extra mile to ensure our van was fixed under an extremely tight timeline. We were fortunate to have found Gebhardt, and are extremely appreciative & grateful of all their efforts to get us on the road to home!

  3. All in all, not a great experience with this dealer. I found the level of customer service less than ideal. I scheduled an appointment nearly 3 weeks in advance, and was told we would have a loaner available (one of the reasons we scheduled a bit farther out as my wife and I have high demand jobs). A loaner was not available at the time of service, and I was forced to the use the shuttle (took about 2 hours out of my work day). Updates on the vehicle only came upon my request via text or call, and were not provided regularly by the dealership. The work was completed and the service staff were able to sort out our warranty coverage, but the upfront experience and lack of communication is enough that we will take both our VW’s elsewhere going forward.

  4. The only car dealership I’ve been to that I didn’t feel like I was being pushed to buy a car. Ryan Ballweg made the whole process enjoyable instead of stressful like it usually is. I love my new VW golf and I know if I need anything he will be there to answer my questions and to help me. Definitely recommend!

  5. This is out second BMW we have bought from this dealership. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. We did not mind driving the hour duration and bypassing two other BMW dealerships to get to this one- because the service is unmatched.
