  1. Lisa just purchased 2018 Subaru 3.6R Touring. Fred Rudd was very good. Everyone was very professional as well as quick. We had plans later in day. Car’s features were explained and demonstrated. Then Lisa got a dent from a door in a parking lot. We popped down, and they popped it out. Very fair price on the car and our trade. Highly recommend.

  2. I had to bring my Subaru in for an airbag recall. The staff was amazing and I took the shuttle to work since the recall would take all day. Both drivers that took me there and back were amazing and very safe drivers. I felt very welcome and that my car was in good hands. The shuttle drivers really made it a five star for me.

  3. Lars was pleasant, efficient and not at all hard-sell. He went out of his way to be sure I was getting the car I wanted — even though the car I wanted (a manual-transmission Forester) was not in abundant supply. I’m confident I’ll continue to get good service from Lars and from Flatirons.

  4. Purchased a Forester here a couple of weeks ago. Shane Ferrin was our sales associate. He was very helpful and professional. The process was very smooth and easy. Shane was also quick to follow up with us after our purchase to see if we had any questions and schedule installation of some extras that we ordered. Thanks!

  5. Ryan and your Service Dept exceeded my expectations on my visit this week. The work I had requested was such a minor fix that they pulled a couple of spare parts out of a bin and probably took all of 5 minutes to do so. I didn’t realize that there was another recall on my car until I checked in, so I’m glad that was addressed. Most importantly, I always enjoy your waiting area with all of its refreshments plus a clean ladies room. I bought my Outback here in 2008, so it’s sort of like coming home to see family…but with a car wash. 🙂 Thanks!
