  1. Update: I just purchased another New vehicle from Boulder Hyundai! Again, the customer service and friendly atmosphere is stellar! If I could give 20 stars, I would. Thank you Bernard and Justin!!

    I am writing this review to rave about the spectacular service I received at Boulder Hyundai. Bernard is just the best and one good man. Everyone I met was kind and genuine. I purchased a brand new Hyundai Tucson and couldn’t be happier.

  2. My wife and I just recently moved to Boulder and we had my car serviced at Boulder Hyundai. I just wanted to come here and give them five stars, if I could do more I would. Very helpful staff!!! They got my car done in a reasonable amount of time. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends. Thank you staff for all your hard work!!!

  3. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I negotiated to have the car detailed as the car was dirty throughout and had a strong smell from a vape pen. The sales guy assured me that the service team would run an ozone generator to remove the smell and have it detailed to thoroughly clean the interior so when I picked up the car the following day, it would be “perfect”. Alas, that did not happen and I notified the sales guy that the car was still dirty. I promptly drove the car to the puddle to have it somewhat cleaned. I called the following week to reschedule the detail work as promised. I left the car for a full day and when I returned after work, the exterior was clean, the trunk was vacuumed, a spot in the back where something was spilled was vacuumed. The rest of the interior was still smelly and dirty. I called again to reschedule and the Sales Manager apologized, repeatedly said “you deserve it” (to be clean), in a very condescending manner. I left the car again and, at the end of the day when I returned, the car was in the same condition. Keep in mind, this service was negotiated as part of my purchase deal. FYI – a mediocre sales team is separated by an outstanding sales team by a little concept known as customer service. Figure it out!

  4. I can’t say enough about how great my experience with Bernard at Boulder Hyundai was. Right off the bat Bernard was less worried about selling me a car and more about getting to know me as a person which is really refreshing. I knew going in what vehicle I wanted and even though it wasn’t on their lot Bernard tried his hardest to get that vehicle to his location before we met just so I could test drive it. Bernard and the people at Boulder Hyundai went well above and beyond what a normal dealership does to make you feel welcome. I would highly recommend Boulder Hyundai to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle as well as getting your vehicle serviced.

    10-15-2018 Update

    Since buying my new car from Boulder Hyundai, I regularly (every 3,000 miles) have gotten oil changes from the service department. Two months ago while getting my oil changed I asked for my tires to be rotated too. They did and that was that.

    Fast forward to today where I am getting new tires because of the weather and I was told that my key for my wheel lock was completely destroyed. I have not touched my tires since then and I do not have the ability to wear down a key for a wheel lock. Now I have to have the tire company destroy all of my wheel locks so they can take off my tires.

    This should be a cautionary tale to check all of the equipment after you get your car serviced. Even though oil changes are cheaper I will probably not be back. This is the second time that Boulder Hyundai has disappointed me with their service and not doing what they advertise.

  5. Knowledgeable staff and great customer service. Specifically would like to point out Bernard Quisumbing’s wonderful talent working with his customer’s. He listens. He will find what you are looking for and works diligently with you. Boulder Hyundai has an asset and as a potential customer you have Bernard! Win-Win!
