Nice, little trailer home community!
I live in the best mobile home park in Boulder
Nice, well maintained trailer park.
Kathy Newland, manager has attempted to sabotage our tenancy ever since 6 months before move-in. We have been happy to bend over backwards to her mistreatment. She took my help to solve a missing mail mystery she blamed on the carrier. My investigation shows she’s the real culprit. Oops.
The managers take what little power they have and use it to the fullest beware!!! I think it’s definitely time for new management here. Also the lawyer owner of the park loves to raise the rent 50$ dollars a month yearly. Don’t plan on retiring here stepping stone only. Also the helicopter over head all day is a great improvement that allows for rent increase. Nice.
