  1. Good, quick, fun hike. I did it barefoot. Hanging out at the top is fun. There were lots of people today. There was a friendly dog and some people smoking a joint. None of this bothered me; it’s Boulder.

  2. Had a great time hiking up to the arch! Pretty much ascending the whole way up but not so steep that coming back down felt precarious. Views were great towards the top. Definitely wouldn’t call this easy but super rewarding and it’s also not a very long trail (~3 miles tops?). Highly recommend!

  3. Incredible hike. Fairly strenuous with a good amount of scrambling up and around rocks. Great payoff at the end with the arch and view to the east including Boulder and Denver to the south.

  4. Great challenging hike that has about a 1400 foot vertical gain over 3 miles. Best to hit it early to avoid traffic jams of hikers scaling threw the two rock slide areas you have to get threw. The views of the other flatirons from one of the vantage points on the trail is incredible. The arc itself is fairly impressive.

  5. Brutal hike but doable. Just gotta keep pushing. There’s a false summit and then you go down for a while and then go up again and then you’re there. Beautiful views and well worth the effort!
