  1. I had the need for legal services for the first time in my life and chanced upon Gard & Associates. Art my initial consultation, Jeff Gard clearly outlined reasonable expectations and outcomes regarding my case. He was very personable and professional. After sharing my concern regarding choosing a lawyer, Jeff referred me to 3 other law firms, but I ultimately chose to go with Gard & Associates. Mr. Gard personally worked on my case and he was the one in court with me. Whenever I had a question or concern, it was promptly addressed. The best part of all is he was able to work out an even better deal for me than anticipated. I am more than satisfied and have already recommended him to family members. If your legal matter is not his area of expertise, he has a vast network of legal professionals that he will gladly refer you to. Jeff had changed my opinion of lawyers. He was kind and effective. Give him a shot and you will not be disappointed.

  2. Highly recommended! Jeff Gard is a one-of-a-kind attorney. He is professional, friendly, ethical, and sharp. He understood my needs immediately, and didn’t beat around the bush. His guidance has been extremely useful in both my business and personal life, and I will continue seeking legal counsel from Jeff Gard & Associates to ensure I sleep well at night, haha!

  3. Had a civil case that I needed taken care of, and Jeff went out of his way to make sure we were not only prepared for the case, but made arguments to support the fact that we did everything right. Jeff was very easy to get along with, very easy to talk to, and very factual. I will be using him again in the future, and highly recommend him to anyone who needs someone who will fight for you.

If you want someone who will fight for you and help keep your guard up, look no further than Gard and Associates.

  4. I called on a Thursday and explained my case to the receptionist. He told me Jeff is the lawyer I’ll want to talk to, and told me that Jeff’s assistant would call me right back. Jeff’s assistant didn’t called back, I called them back the following day. When I went in for my first appointment with Jeff, he sat down and said “I don’t know why he booked this, this type of law isn’t what I do…”

I should have walked out right then and there but Jeff took my documents and began chatting with me. I had no idea it would cost me over $150 to spend 20 minutes with someone who KNEW he wasn’t going to be able to help me. Not the kind of integrity I look for in a firm. I feel robbed.

UPDATE: The firm reached out to me via email and phone a year after this incident and review. They have refunded the fee.
